John Hanson has over 25 years of real world experience running product management, marketing and corporate strategy for start-up, emerging and established technology companies. He has P&L management experience for businesses ranging from $5 million to $200 million, and has managed all aspects of the product lifecycle, marketing & distribution for cutting edge and established product lines.
John also has first hand experience from the perspective of an emerging company with investors who want to scale to the next level, as well as large corporations looking for potential acquisitions as part of their long-term growth strategy. Because of his unique experience, he can combine the entrepreneurial innovation of a smaller company with the process and scalability of large enterprises to provide a practical approach that fits your situation, with a constant eye toward what needs to be done to increase company value.
